I've decided to remove alcohol from my life because it no longer supports my commitment to core health values like proper nutrition, regular exercise, and mental clarity.

Alcohol negatively impacts various aspects of health, including liver function, heart health, sleep quality, and increases cancer risk, even when consumed in moderation. This makes it incompatible with my focus on overall wellness and personal growth.

By choosing to eliminate alcohol, I am aligning my actions with my long-term health goals and prioritizing my well-being.
